Purpose: For the Present Glory - that God will move through us to touch the world around us. That apostolic foundation be established in us as it was in the early church disciples and we flow in the power of the Spirit. That we recognize our daily walk "in the Spirit of Christ."
A word from the Lord this morning, November 1, 2008 at 7am:
"Whatever your desire, call upon me, and I will do it"
When I heard these words a great sense of responsibility came upon me, what should I ask?
Then, the scripture "He will give you the desires of your heart came alive." I thought about Solomon and his request when facing a similar situation. I asked for the wisdom to handle the things of this life, to have a heart for the lost soul and to be able to bring life tranforming power to my nation.
That is His desire, that we "walk in the Spirit" fulfilling His desire for our lives and those that he has placed in our charge. How awesome and gracious is our Lord who blots out our sin and causes us to always triumph in Christ Jesus.

NO EYE has seen
NO EAR has heard
NO MIND has conceived what GOD has prepared for those who love him???
during this Babylonian captivity the children of Israel were limited what they could do for the Lord because of their natural captivity. However, some of their captivity was there own perception of themselves.
My desire and prayer for each of us sir is that our own 'self conception' would NOT limit the Lord.
Look at this definition of captivity -- for a christian, is anything that hinders the abundant and effective Spirit-filled life the God has PLANNED for them.
We can be held in captivity by our OWN thoughts -- our past (both good and bad) can hold us back.
Many of us yearn for the days of old and long for that old glory as HE USED to do. But that too can be considered a place of captivity. He is going to move in new and unusual ways.
Don't let your past hold you captive from YOUR destiny!!!
What are you called to do??? each of us has a part of that end time harvest and I KNOW That seeds of greatness have been planted in YOU!
