Timeless Faith: EVERLASTING LIFE

For God so love the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  John 3:16
Because of God's faith in us and then our faith in him, we have been granted "everlasting life."  Not just eternal existence, but a life centered in the glory and majesty of Jehovah.

Timeless Faith: MUSTARD SEED FAITH

If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matthew 17:20

A small as a grain of mustard seed is, when it is planted it yields a great harvest. So when we plant our faith, in due time we reap the result of the seed that is planted.

Timeless Faith: HE IS A FAITHFUL GOD

Know therefore that theLord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand gernerations Deuteronomy 7:9

I think of the relationships that I have had over the years, where faithfulness was questionable on my part and on the part of others.   But, as I reflect on the Lord, I have no question, he is unequivocably FAITHFUL.  I have not called on him and he has not answered - He is always faithful.

Come, Lord, Come and Rescue Zion

...You, O Lord, are enthroned forever; and the fame of Your name endures to all generations ... arise and have mercy and loving-kindness for Zion, for it is time to have pity and compassion for her; yes, the set time has come [the moment designated]. Ps 102:12-13 AMP

I pray today, Lord, that you show yourself mighty on behalf of Zion.  We are yearning for you and that our nations be awakened to the knowledge of your glory.    Father, inspite of our failing and our obvious faults - we yield ourselves as humble vessels to be used to show your mercy and your grace. 

Hear my prayer, Father and let the knowledge of your glory cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.  Amen

Living in the Dash

Someone entering an historic city sat in the square and as a local resident greeted him he asked "was anyone famous born here?" The response was "no, only babies."

You see we all come into the world the same way, it will be what we do with dash (-) between our arrival and our departure dates that counts. Do something of eternal significance today, PRAY!

A Face Like Flint

Don't let circumstance change the truth of your message.  Truth remains truth regardless of culture or the year.   The delivery vehicle may change but he message does not.
