PRAYER 2000's - 2012 Prayer Conference

I was asked to be a speaker at a couple of the venues of Prayer 2000's 2012 conference and so far we have been so blessed to participate in the event. Praying for our nation as a Prophetic Watchman is a incredibly task that the Lord has given us and we do not take it lightly.

Last night while minister in Falmouth, Trelawny, the Lord shared a point with me when asked how many parishes I have ministered in so far. I had no idea so I began listing them on the back of one of my sermon notes pages.

As I did so, I realized I have so far only missed three and to me that is incredible. An unknown man, returning from America with no particular gift but God and prayer has had such an opportunity receive such a blessing to be used by God in eleven of the fourteen parishes of our island.

God is indeed a good God and most gracious to us who beleive.

LESSONS OF FAITH (St. Mary's Infirmary Part 4)

On another of my visits to the Infirmary I just experienced another first. My time in serving was more focused on the men but on this day, because we were a smaller group, I had to stop and serve in the women's area also.

I went down to a corner and there was a woman there that could not be more than mid thirties or younger. I had to wake her and ask if she wanted some of the soup we were serving and she nodded in the affirmative. I did not realize that she could not help herself at all.

Her arms were contorted and unusable, her face appeared as someone that was mentally handicapped and she was lying in a fetal position. I had to help her move into a comfortable position to have the soup I offered. As I helped her move into a good position to be fed it was apparent that I would have to feed her if she was to have soup that afternoon.

I had to get a spoon and patiently feed her with each spoonfull. After each one, I asked if she was ready for the other and she would nod with what I interpreted as a faint smile. After a few minutes of doing this, I had the sense, as she kept staring into my eyes that she must have been thinking who I was.

I had never sat with her before, never really noticed her before and I am sure she had not ever seen me come in that area before. As I sat and looked at her, diapered, incapable of helping herself - my thoughts ran into eternity and our meeting in heaven one day.

I could hear her say, although now unable to speak, "thank you for feeding me on that day!"

I am experiencing an inner change that no money, no building, no man or woman to bring about - ONLY THE LORD AND HIS HEART FOR THE LOST AND DYING OF OUR WORLD.

I finally finished with the young lady and moved on to the mens dormitory but this memory will last for my natural life, those eyes that stared into mine and the depth of thought that must have accompanied the stare. I may never what her complete thoughts were, but I do believe I heard a resounding "thank you" coming from that focused stare from my sister.

Lord help us to see as you do...

LESSONS OF FAITH (St. Mary's Infirmary Part 3)

The same day that I had the conversation with Mr. Hanson I had another encounter that was personally challenging. I had just finished helping the team in the ladies dorm and moved to the men's dorm when I saw, vividly, how some people were unable to feed themselves.

I had never thought about it, but I didn't know how - either comfortable, or willing I would be to sit patiently and feed someone in the situation that was unfolding before me. I do believe that the Lord provides us with such opportunities and challenges to let us see our own mettle.

As I walked through the men's dorm I came upon a man that could not, it seemed, steady himself enough to sit upright. As I came close to him, in my heart I really wished someone else would go over and serve him. I thought to myself, "I have never done this before and I am not comfortable."

But, I was challenged to do so myself - it is so easy to minister from the pulpit, or speak into lives from the comfort of our ivory towers - but there are times when we have to get into the trenches and do what the Lord has commissioned. After the fact I was speaking to several of our young men and mentioned how easy it is to stay far and be a blessing, or serve from a distance - the challenge is when we come close, face to face, with the problems of others, and personal issues with which we are uncomfortable - WHAT DO WE DO?

Run we may, but we are called to be all things to all men.

This man needed help not just to eat but to even barely sit upright. I had to get a pillow, stand behind him with the pillow on my legs and keep him up while I spoon fed each portion of the soup we had brought. My days in New York as a Vice President at Chemical Bank NA flashed before my eyes, then as a Senior Manager at Memorex Telex, then my own company as CEO, I thought of my time of ministry in the pulpit and I realized that none of those endeavors provided the sense of fulfillment and satisfaction as taking a small plastic spoon and feeding someone who could not feed himself.

Several times he gasped for air and was obviously short of breath, so I bent close and asked him how he was feeling ... his words in a low, slow crawl "I am feeling weak." I kept on feeding him until the soup was done, but he really fed me with a sense of God's compassion that I have not had before.

O Lord, that we would care for the hopeless and dying.

LESSONS OF FAITH (Saint Mary Infirmary, Part 2)

Mr. Hanson was talkative and as I took water over to him he engaged me in a coneversation about where I was from and if I was a pastor. As he we spoke about the Kingston area we work in he became more excited and shared how he knew the area well and began to speak of some of the landmarks of the THREE MILE corner and its vicinity.

As we spoke further he mentioned how he had worked for many years and he even spoke fondly of his employer. But he started down a vein of dissapointment that made me stop, almost in thought, and focus on the words that were coming from his lips.

Mr Hanson spoke about his stroke, how he had been in the University Hospital for a couple of months and came out none the better. I had not noticed before, but just under the sheet that covered his left arm was what would have been a viable member except that the stroke had left it completely paralyzed and fixed right next to his chest.

For what seemed like an eternity I gazed a this hand that was frozen in its position and clearly atrophied from lack of use. I reflected on my mom and others whom God had so blessed to not go through a situation such as this. Those that have loved ones that care about them and have the means and heart to help them.

But Mr. Hanson was not unhappy in his talk, he told me how he left the University Hospital and then spent a long time in a nursing home in Havendale (Kingston). But, it was obvious, although he didn't say it - that he ran out of financial resources to care for himself. Now he was in the home for the indigent.

We spoke of him being in that state for fifteen years, unable to engage the world as he had as a young man. Now lying there and waiting for ?? I thought long and hard about him, what would I do in such a situation? How would I survive with this for fifteen years?

My friends, it is Christ that died for us and we must find our place to give hope to lost souls such as this. Since coming to Jamaica I have tried to give to our community as much as we can, fasted and prayed and went without many things so that we could sow into others that had a greater need.

Let us be a people of sacrifice, wholly giving ourselves over to the God that we serve so that we can serve our fellow man.

Next time, I will share a little about Richard, Mr. Davis and Norris, three men that need the compassion of Christ to always be displayed in their world.

LESSONS OF FAITH (The St. Mary Infirmary, Part 1)

I haven't written about much in the last few months but the lessons that I have been learning are some of the most profound of my life.

It seems that each event, each email, each person brings to bear such profound revelation from the Lord about the state of being - I sometimes wonder if we are all really in tune with the Holy Spirit. We say we are, we sometimes even speak of His inspiration, but I do perceive another that is inspiring a great portion of the body of Christ.

WHAT MINISTRY IS
Just this past week, totally unplanned, I had the opportunity to visit the local infirmary with Teri Barhorst who led the group to provide a meal to the residents. When we arrived on the compound we were greeted with the usual smiles and excitement that seems to just flow effortlessly from some of the residents.

Two young women in particular, obviously challenged in speech and mental ability seem to always have an enormous smile and warmth of presence as the ministry teams arrive. The recognition of Teri and others further brings more laughter, hugs and smiles.

HEART WARMING GRATITUDE
But as you walk beyond this first wave of residents you begin to see a bit more. We provided soup and water to the ladies - one woman so bitter in her heart it was palpable - but the Lord told me to smile and greet her each time I passed by her wheelchair. Another so sweet, said in such a soft tone to me, "don't waste the cup you can use it again." Others with eyes aflame with a heart of gratitude.

A PROFOUND ENCOUNTER
At the end of our time with them, I spoke with a man who said his name was Hanson. Now, he was articulate, knew where I was from in Kingston as I shared with him. My heart was drawn to hear, even a brief few words of his life's story and he told me of his fifteen years of being in bed recovering from a heart attack. I will tell more later, but the few minutes I spent with Mr. Hanson were profound ... May God bless him and keep him.

More Than Conquerors

A WORD FROM THE LORD

This morning I was in our daily devotion when these words rang in my spirit:

“IT HAS BEGUN”

Then I began to see images of what had begun in the earth and around us.

Then, about thirty minutes later the Lord spoke,

Thus saith the Lord:

Those things that have been set in motion have begun to manifest in the natural. For your own mouths have caused that which is not God’s plan or purpose for your lives to begin.

Like Pharoah of old, his own words caused his judgment, so too your own words will cause your judgment. Or, our own words will cause your salvation and deliverance.

Whatever the seed of words you have sown, whatever you have cast into the wind, it returns to you a thousand times.

Be of good comfort when you sow according to the will and purpose of God, be of good cheer for the Lord your God is your deliverer. But woe to those that have sown discord and calamity for your own reward is at hand.

A MAN'S NAIVETY IN MINISTRY - Learning What Not To Do!

NAIVETY / SIMPLE
Being innocent or simply "SIMPLE" to the thoughts and ways of the world is a challenge to many. Someone, many years ago said to me, "you are so simple." I am now not so sure if that statement was an affirmation of something good and positive or a recognition of a naive approach to many things.

REVELATION AND SPIRITUAL INSIGHT
Over the last few years we have come to know the way of Christ and power of His resurrection. We have come to know the intimacy of Christ in prayer, the power of the blood in administration of healing and the strengh and courage of the Spirit through walking with Him.

But I must say, I am and probably will remain naive to many things that we have never embraced, experienced nor has anyone ever shared with us until last night. My wife and I were having a conversation and she began to share the perspective of a woman's psyche that I had never heard before.

I believe to be innocent to some things is important but this one element of ministers and their relationship with the opposite sex is paramount.

SINGLENESS
Being single was a determined position that I took for many years, I decided that I would not let a natural relationship come between God and I and also for some theological questions about marriage and remarriage that the Lord had not yet answered.

I had dated very little in my early life, found one woman, married that one woman and never had intimate interaction with females other than my wife. When we parted it was a choice then to remain celibate and purposed to fulfill God's call.

So I remained naive to many things, I didn't know the tell tale messages of "interest."

I was oblivious to the signals of attempts at relationships (sometimes I believe I would see it but quickly dismiss it as my imagination).

Clearly, living in "my world" was so, absolutely different that many - not even me - realized the emotions and connections that were being formed between different ones with whom I interacted. It was just last night, Saturday, July 10, 2011 that it hit me like a ton of bricks as my wife shared the wisdom of female relationships, expectations and actions.

Maybe there are books written on the subject, I have never come across one, and maybe if I did I would not have really been interested in reading it. But this is a significant handicap in knowledge to men who serve in ministry and walk in naivety toward the opposite sex.

SOME SIGNALS
What does a hug mean?
What does your interest in a woman's children mean?
What does a smile, a touch, a phone call mean?
What does receiving a gift, or a meal mean?
What does being kind and benevolent mean?

A COMPLEX PROCESS
It is, I believe an incredibly complex web of thoughts, passion and action that make up the psyche of women and I had no idea of its implications. In retrospect I must say that there were unusual (I now consider them so) behaviour exhibited by women around me over the years, but I most of the time attributed it to God's love and compasison, zeal and everything good. Then on the other hand, I loved my people, I loved everyone and tried to equally display my affection on all because of our heart towards those that God has made a part of our lives.

I believe we should have classes in Seminary and Colleges to share this knowledge. I now see how men and women both have innocently gotten involved in relationships without seeing what was coming. Where one or the other come to a place of expecting something that the other has not considered - all beacause of our naievety.

FAITH AND RELATIONSHIPS
But where does Christian maturity come in? Where does God's impartation of His Spirit and then the attendant fruit come to bear on our psyche? Is it ever possible to live in the earth and be totally objective and understanding of the male / female psyche in relationships? This is a topic that challenges me because i have never given any real thought to it, Lord help us understand. ..

. I received this word today from a fellow Minister and Missionary to Jamaica. I don't believe it is only relevant to just us here but that the Lord is speaking to many of us in His service!

Rise up in to battle, My beloved, for victory is assured. It has been declared that My word will not return void. I have given you power to defeat the enemy of your soul, the one who accuses you, taunts you, and lies to you. He will be defeated, so take hold. But do more than that; rise up and ride on the wind of My Spirit and ride upon the power of My word.

Rise up and allow the victory that is about to unfold, to become yours by faith. Call forth those things which you cannot yet see. Do so by faith and declare the victory for surely it shall come unto you, says the Lord Most High.

I have heard this word, considered its definition, and I have been blessed to know that I am justified by the acts of our Lord Jesus Christ. The scripture underscores this by stating: “The just, shall live by faith.”

Jesus Christ has justified us, or placed us in right standing with His Father.

However, I have come to understand a new definition of this word through my observations. Many of us, violate our conscience and what we know is the determinate counsel of God by finding ways to Justify ourselves.

Our justification does not come through the blood of Jesus, but it comes through logic, reason and personal opinion. No longer is right - right and wrong - wrong – what is right (correct) and what is wrong is now evaluated in the context of our personal circumstance or our cultural experience.

What is wrong becomes right (or correct) depending on the circumstance in which we find ourselves. What is right to do, is not necessary if we determine that it is not easy, comfortable or feasible for us.

I believe that I have come to a paradox of conscience, scripture, culture and habits. Each one of us, must clearly make the choice to adhere to God’s directive in our ethical and moral standards, what is correct behavior and character cannot be measured from the perspective of personal opinion, culture or anything outside Godly order and divine resolve.

I challenge myself to adhere to God’s determinate counsel in my personal habits and in those things that will cause a stumbling block to others. I challenge you also, in review, to consider your actions that may be outside of the constraints of Godly parameters?

Change our choices, be personally accountable for our actions, walk in Godly truth and Godly ways. Only then, will each one of us, not just attempt, but pursue what is right and correct in Christ. Then we will indeed be transformed and become agents of transformation in our world.

Jesus destroyed the works of the devil and triumphed over him. In the name of Jesus, the Anointed one, and by His blood, and the Word in Matt 16:19, I bind, rebuke and bring to no effect: All division, discord, and disunity, all strife, anger, wrath, murder, and violence; all criticism, condemnation, and vainglory, envying, jealousy, and gossip; all slander, evil speaking, and filthy communication out of people’s mouths; all lying, hindering spirits, all retaliatory spirits, all deceiving and scorning spirits; all false teaching, false gifts, and false manifestations, and lying signs and wonders; all poverty, lack or fear of lack; all fear and fear related spirits; all murmuring complaining, all seducing, beguiling, and religious spirits, and spirits of the anti-Christ; all occult and witchcraft spirits, all Apollyon, Jezebel, and Delilah spirits. A CALL TO PRAYER

I had an unusual dream a few nights ago, actually it was a bit more than a dream. I was in another city in old europe and was in the middle of some monuments. One in particular had a raised eagle with outstretched wings at the top.

This morning the Lord spoke to me about the dream and said that darkness is again setting the stage to overtake this area of the world. That He (the Lord) is calling prayers to pray on behalf of this region of our world.

The Angel of the Lord that accompanied me told me the name of the city I was in, BELGRADE. I have never thought of this place before so I do believe that the Lord wants us to earnestly contend for light to be maintained and grow in this region.

ANOTHER GREAT TESTIMONY: On Sunday, August 29th after service one of our newest members came to me to share a testimony of healing. Her son, now only a few months old was not expected to live. at birth, he was diagnosed with a serious intestinal blockage and the doctors told her to expect him to die any day.

She decided that it was not God's will for him to die so she took a bottle of olive oil to the hospital and anointed him with it and prayed. Three days later, he began to pass his stool and take his appropriate feeding. He was in church with her and had some very good lungs and energy. GOD IS GOOD AND WE MUST WALK IN OUR AUTHORITY!

This coming weekend, I plan to speak on the topic of the Sin of Presumption. I have heard others teach on the topic - from a FAITH - PRESUMPTION - perspective but I have never seen what has been conveyed to me in my study of the subject from the Holy Spirit's perspective.

"Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins." —Psalm 19:13.

This is an Old Testament, Israel relevant scripture but is still appropriate to us from a spitirual perspective:

"But the soul that sinneth presumptuously shall have no atonement; it shall be out off from the midst of my people." Numbers 15:30

The Amplified Bible reads:
30 But the person who does anything [wrong] willfully and openly, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one reproaches, reviles, and blasphemes the Lord, and that person shall be cut off from among his people [that the atonement made for them may not include him].

Presumption is almost as dangerous as "Pride" but God seems to hate our presumptious attitude!

PROPHETIC WORD
Jacob's prophetic utterance to his son Issachar gives us great insight into Issachar’s calling and anointing.

"Issachar is a strong donkey, Lying down between two burdens; He saw that rest was good, And that the land was pleasant; He bowed his shoulder to bear a burden, And became a band of slaves." Genesis 49: 14-15

• Strong in character
• Shouldered burdens
o Shoulders represent realms of authority & responsibility.
• Walked in difficult places
• Rested in the LORD-no striving (the secret place)
• Had a vision for the land (harvest field)
• Humble servant

SONS OF Issachar
Looking at Jacob's prophecy, the Issachar anointing is something we need to operate in for our troubled times. SONS OF Issachar were mighty warriors, fruitful, under grace, wise, full of knowledge and had an acute gifting to perceive or discern times, seasons and strategies.

Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand. Revelation 7:7 KJV

In Revelation 7:7 the tribe of Issachar is mentioned one last time as being sealed. That seal is a protection from God's wrath. We too are sealed with the Holy Spirit and can rest in the LORD that we are protected just like the SONS OF Issachar.
As we read in Ecclesiastes 3, everything has its time and purpose under heaven.

Moving in the Issachar anointing during these difficult times will help us to reach our world for Jesus Christ. The world is fearful, without hope and confused. They are unable to discern the times or seasons they need the grace of an Issachar flow to show them the way.

So, what time is it? It's your time; it's your season! Seize that Kairos time of an Issachar anointing and walk in it!

SPIRITUAL SEASONS Part 3: Names Are Important

NAMES WERE RELEVANT
As we can see, if we read about the sons of these two women they named their children after their circumstances or a particular situation. An example is Rachel's 2nd son; she named him Ben-Oni, which means "son of my suffering". The reason was is that she was dying in childbirth and was suffering greatly. Jacob later renamed him Benjamin, which means "son of my right hand". So we can see that naming children had various reasons, some were because of circumstances and others were named for their destiny. As in the case of THE SONS OF Issachar which had destiny in their names.

SONS OF Issachar:
There were four sons of Issachar:

• Tola = clothed in scarlet. (red being the color of salvation)
• Puvah = mouth, utterance. (a prophetic voice)

SPIRITUAL SEASONS Part 2: Understanding the Times

In I Chronicles 12:32 we read about the SONS OF Issachar. They understood the times and knew what Israel should do ... all their brethren were at their command. They were commanders in King David's army and understood battle conditions. They were mighty men of valor. I Chronicles 7:5 What Time is it?

"And their brethren among all the families of Issachar were valiant men of might, …" 1 Chronicles 7:5 KJV

THE SONS OF Issachar had a unique distinction apart from the other tribes (clans) of Israel because they understood the times which, gave them great wisdom and knowledge.

BIRTH:
Issachar was born the 9th son of Jacob, 9 speaking of fruitfulness. He was the 5th son of Leah, (FIVE) 5 speaks of grace. His birth is described in Genesis 30:17-18.

17 And God hearkened unto Leah, and she conceived, and bare Jacob the fifth son. 18 And Leah said, God hath given me my hire, because I have given my maiden to my husband: and she called his name Issachar. Genesis 30:17-18 KJV

His name means: (1) wages, (2) may God show mercy, and (3) there is reward.

MANDRAKES (FERTILITY)
His mother Leah had to pay a price or wage to have Jacob come to her bed the night that Issachar was conceived. The price was giving her mandrakes to Rachael. What was so special about mandrakes? Mandrakes are a special plant with avocado type fruit on them, that when eaten produced fertility. Why did Rachael desperately want them? She was barren and thought she would become fertile and birth Jacob a son, which would take away her shame. Later we see that God pitied her and supernaturally opened her womb.

LEAH AND RACHEL WRESTLE FOR JACOBS AFFECTION
In Genesis it speaks about the lives of Jacob, Leah, Rachael and their sons. Leah and Rachael were at constant odds with each other you might say they were in a wrestling match. What was their constant battle? They both were after the affections of the same man, Jacob. They had a duel of who could birth Jacob sons and even gave their personal maids to Jacob to make him sons.

WRESTLING WITH DESTINY
Rachael's maid Bilhah bore Jacob a son and Rachael said in Genesis 30:8 "With great wrestlings I have wrestled with my sister, and indeed I have prevailed." So she called his name Naphtali.

It's funny that Jacob wrestled too, if you remember he wrestled with and Angel all night. Genesis 32:24 Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man (Angel) wrestled with him until the breaking of day. It was a theme in that family.

Issachar was birthed in the midst of struggle. He was named Issachar because of the wage Leah had to pay Rachel. The wage or price was high and it would mean that if Rachel became pregnant she would lose any hope of winning Jacob's affection for her.

Rachel was barren at that moment and so Leah had the advantage but she also knew it would all change once she paid the price of the mandrakes.

There will always be defects in ourselves or others which we cannot correct. These we must simply tolerate until God in His goodness sees fit to change things. After all, this may be the best possible way to prove our patience, without which our good qualitites are not worth much.

Nevertheless, you must pray earnestly that God in His mercy will help you to bear these impediments with patience.

UNDERSTANDING THE ISSACHAR ANOINTING
Knowing Times and Seasons

Let's read the book of Ecclesiastes, chapter 3, verses 1-8.
3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. A Time to...

There are 2 basic types of TIME in the scriptures (Chronos & Kairos)

CHRONOS: this is time, as we know it, the ticking clock that cannot be moved backward, ever-moving forward.

• #5703: a continual time into eternity, a forward process, perpetual.
• #5550: a space or succession of time.

KAIROS: this is a specific moment of God's divine intervention in our everyday lives. He enters into kairos time with a door of opportunity.

• #2540: due season, short while, opportunities, right time, chosen time.

We must be in an intimate relationship with the LORD in these turbulent times or as David Wilkerson wrote, in his article "Times of Calamity." We must continue our relationship with the LORD by soaking ourselves daily in His presence, eating His Word and praying continually.

If we do not maintain our relationship with the LORD the distractions of this life can cause us to sleep and miss that Kairos moment! We cannot risk missing those God opportunities of provision, protection, blessing and destiny that will come our way. Therefore we need to walk in an Issachar anointing.

And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; …1 Chronicles 12:32 KJV

Pastor, I have a question about something you said in service while ministering to ----------. You said that she had just experienced a "season of disappointment." That was new to me, I never knew there could be something like that. But then it caused me to think about "seasons" in general and what they mean for each believer.

PART 1 – Spiritual Seasons
1. Do we all experience the same things in each season?
2. For example, it has been declared that it is a new season, but who determines what it will mean for each person?
3. For the persons that have been ministered to, they will have a semblance of what to expect but what of those who are not ministered to, how will they know what the new season will bring for them?

PART 2 – Our Responsibility in Spiritual Seasons
There have also been those who may say that a particular thing has been declared for the season, yet it seemingly never happens.

1. Is it that they have missed it?
2. Whose responsibility is it to bring what has been declared to pass?
3. Is it dependent on the believer or once it has been declared then it is established?
4. And how do we know when the season ends? Do our seasons begin and end at the same time?

PART 3 – The Spirit of Issachar Anointing
The Bible makes reference to the sons of Issachar who understood the times and seasons and what they ought to do. It occurred to me that it referred specifically to the sons of Issachar, does it mean that not everyone has the ability to interpret time and seasons?

I know the Holy Spirit plays a part in all of this, but where is the balance between the work of the Holy Spirit and the role of the believer? A lot of questions, I know but I just need some understanding.

And sometimes the angel will give you direction, and even in your finances, and the direction that would save you life, as in the case of the shipwreck of Paul, and direction concerning ministry, as the salvation of Cornelius and his household, and Philip as the angel spoke to him to go down to Gaza and the Ethiopian was converted. And so in these days there shall come a mighty manifestation of the Spirit, and the work that God intended should be done in these last days shall be accomplished. For the time is short and things must be speeded up.

And you’ll learn much faster spiritual things then those of yesteryear. And you’ll develop much faster and it’ll be said of some they just virtually matured overnight. And they shall go forth to speak in the name of the Lord, because they understood the principle of faith.

They’ll understand the principles of the Kingdom. And they’ll understand the laws of God. And they’ll operate and minister in that area. And nothing will be hid from them. And though there are some who stand here now and have operated in a measure in those areas in times passed, and because they’ve let these things slip, they themselves in ministry and in life have slipped. And they shall be restored.

Yea, they shall even be restored this night. And the manifestation shall come and the glory of the Lord shall rest upon it and rest upon thee. And His glory shall be seen round about and the cloud of God will come and fill the house.

Yea, the glory of God will shine through. For the manifestation of His power, and the manifestation of His glory, is reserved until this hour! And if it could be told, if it could be told in a way that you could see it, even with the eyes of your spirit, if it could be displayed at this moment before you in a tangible form that you could see with your physical eye, it would be very difficult for you to believe that which shall shortly come to pass. It would be very difficult for you to accept it.

But as you walk with the Lord, as you prepare your heart, as you feed upon His word, as you listen to what the Spirit of God says, your heart shall be prepared, and your mind will be changed until you will flow in the supernatural as naturally as a bird flies through the air. And you’ll flow in the super natural as naturally as a fish will swim in the water. And you’ll flow in the supernatural as naturally as you breathe the very air. You’ll not be conscious of your faith.

You’ll not be conscious of what’s going on around you. But rather, you’ll be conscious of the flow of the Spirit God. And He will manifest Himself. And He will accomplish that which He desires. For you see, these are the last days, and this is the end time. And what is done must be done quickly. And it will be done. And the hearts of many will be cause to rejoice. So rejoice. Rejoice. Be glad and praise the Lord and prepare your hearts. And let Him prepare you for that which He has prepared for you.

And so walk in it. You shall walk in it. And you shall run. And you shall fly, literally, spiritually speaking. And you shall enjoy the fullness of that which is provided for you

We gain nothing by criticicizing others, but often are mistaken and thereby offend God. Nevertheless, to judge yourself and your own actions is always a profitable work.

We often judge a thing according to our preference and therefore our judgement is emotional rather than objective. This stubborness in our own opinons should not dominate our judgements if our hearts were set on God.

Through temptations and trials a man's spiritual progress is tested. If he is fervent and devout and unaware of any difficulties, it is not credit to him; but if he endures patiently inthe time of temptation or adversity, then his spiritual advancement is apparent.

Some people are kept from grave temptations and yet every day they fall into the same petty faults. God in His merciful goodness permits this to keep them in humility, so that they will not trust in themselves, seeing how easily they are daily overcome.

During the recent Mission trip to our neighboring island, the mission team reported a number of experiences that I believe will be a blessing to all of you.

First, their prayer for a woman that had almost totally lost her sight. She was immediately healed and began dancing in celebration of God's gift of sight.

A young boy who suffered from polio had one leg shorter than the other was prayed for and his leg immediately grow to the length of the other. An amazing God!

A woman whose hand was broken in three places, who was in a metal brace was suffering immense pain. As she was prayed for the pain left and she was able to move her hand without pain or discomfort. Now the doctors will have to check and remove the metal inserts.

A young man who suffered from asthma and apparently could not make it to a service was visited at home by the team, although he was short of breath before the prayer that was not the case afterward. He was led running up and down three flights of stairs and was perfectly well.

The team shared on the Holy Spirit and a great manifestation of the Spirit came as he baptised many inside and outside the building with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Some were set free from demonic bondage, others became pain free from the healing touch of God, while others were blessed to hear a specific and relevant Word from Him. This was an amazing time for the Missions Team and there were many more experiences that were shared.

Please continue to pray for us as we plan these outreaches to various destinations to carry the word of Power, Healing and deliverance to our brothers and sisters.

We should not be discouraged when tempted, but turn in fervent prayer to God, Who, will help us in all our needs. The Apostle Paul has said that "along with the test He will give you a wy out of it so hat you will be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13). Let us humbly submit ourselves to God in all trials and temptations, for it is the humble and submissinve that He will save and exalt.

The beginning of all evil temptations is inconstancy of mind and insufficient trust in God. Just as as a ship without a rudder is tossed about with every storm, so the man who is negligent and abandons his good resolution is tempted in diverse ways. Gold is tried by fire and the upright man by temptation. Often we do not know what we can do until tempation shows us what we are.

In the early stages of temptation it is necessary to be watchful, for it is easier to overcome the enemy if he is not allowed to enter into your mind, but is resisted and shut out as soon as he knocks. As someone has said: "Resist the beginning; the cure applied afterwards is too late."

This is how tempation is: first we have a thought, followed by strong imaginings, then the pleasure and evil motions, and finally consent. This is how the enemy gains full admittance, because he was not resisted at the outset. The slower we are to resist, the weaker we daily become and the stonger the enemy is against us.

It is gradually - with patience and endurance and with God's grace that you will overome temptations sooner than by your own eforts and anxieties.

When you are tempted seek the advice of a wise counsellor, and do not yourself be harsh with a person who is tempted; rather be happy to console him as you would wish to be consoled.

There is no place so holy or so remote where you will not meet with temptation, nor is there any man completeley free from it in this life; for in our body we bear the wounds of sin - the weakness of our huuman nature in which we were born.

It is not easy to break bad habits and harder still to give up your own will. But if you do not overcome the little things, how do you expect to overcome the greater? Therefore, resist your evil inclinations at the start and break off bad habits, or little by little they will lead you into greater difficulties.

If only you would think of the great interior peace you would have and how happy you would make others by doing good, you would be more eager to grow in virtue.
